Dan Pfeifer's "leave things better than you found them" mindset means he still holds past clients in high regard, even if they've gone a different direction. While Pfeifer's current client roster is impressive, consider also who has relied upon him in the past.

Pfeifer was a stat crew backup from 2018-20, and was often offered to opposing teams' radio crews for production assistance. A pandemic reorganization ended the relationship.

Pfeifer did PA for the Chinooks from 2013-19 and music from 2015-19, never missing a home game. He also occasionally did streaming audio play-by-play on the road.

Dan got his start as a high school student from 1996-2000, doing stats and occasional PA announcing for the boys basketball & football teams.

Pfeifer interned for Fox 6 Sports in 2005. Having already had years of experience covering events for 1510, he filled roles that otherwise would have been handled by an anchor.

Pfeifer did PA announcing & music for volleyball & basketball from 2013-22 and also soccer play-by-play from 2013-21. He won Alverno's Sister Mary Margaret Martin award in 2020.

Pfeifer did PA & music for soccer and baseball, graphic & web design, play-by-play for women's basketball as a student from 2001-05 after one year as a men's basketball manager.

Pfeifer did updates for 1510's afternoon show from 2002-04, covered the Brewers and produced shows like Drew Olson's D-List and Fantasy Football Weekly.

Pfeifer was an update anchor in 2005-06, in addition to extensively covering the Brewers, Packers, Marquette and Bucks beats as an on-site reporter.

Among many things Pfeifer did for UChicago between 2018-23, he was their football play-by-play voice and handled PA for the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Tournament.

Pfeifer worked with MSOE from 2011-13. He was their primary basketball statistician in 2011-12. He did PA, play-by-play and was briefly the primary sports information contact.

The Wolfpack was an indoor football team in Madison, Wis. who utilized Pfeifer as their PA announcer & music coordinator in their two years of existence, 2009-10.

In 2025, Pfeifer made his regional sports network play-by-play debut, calling a match for the nationally ranked Loyola men's volleyball team on the Marquee Sports Network.
